Privacy policy.
This site asks nothing of you in order to be read. This is what happens if you choose to write to us through a form.
Full privacy notice
Last updated: 7 September 2026.
1. When this notice applies
Only if you send us your details. This site asks nothing of you in order to be read: if you are only browsing, we collect no personal data about you, we ask for no registration, and we install no first-party cookies or analytics tools.
This notice starts to apply the moment you decide to write to us through the contact form or apply through the careers form. If you never send either of them, we hold no data about you and none of what follows affects you.
As on any website, the providers that serve it record technical data —your IP address, for instance— simply in order to deliver the pages to you. That happens outside our control and we do not use it to identify you. They are listed in point 5.
2. Who is responsible for your data
If you send us a form, Bell Pepper Lovers S.P.R. de R.L. de C.V. (hereinafter Pepper Lovers), with offices at Camino a San Bernardo #101, El Molino, Lagos de Moreno, Jalisco, C.P. 47514, Mexico, is responsible for processing that data under Mexico's Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (LFPDPPP), its Regulations and its Guidelines.
3. What we collect, if you choose to send it
Only what you type into the form. We do not ask for sensitive personal data, nor for financial or asset information.
- If you write through the contact form: name, email address and message. Optionally, company and phone number.
- If you apply through the careers form: name, email address, phone number, area of interest, whatever you write about your experience and, if you choose, your public LinkedIn profile or your CV as a PDF.
4. What we use it for
To deal with what you came to ask us for, and nothing else. Primary purposes:
- Answering your commercial, press or general enquiry.
- Assessing your application and contacting you if your profile matches an opening.
- Following up on the conversation you started with us.
We do not add you to any mailing list and we do not send you advertising. The only secondary purpose is keeping your application on file so we can consider you for future openings. If you would rather we did not, write to [email protected] and we will delete it. Refusing this does not affect how we handle your original request.
5. Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal data, nor transfer it to third parties for purposes other than those described here. To run the site we rely on providers who act as processors and handle the data only on our instructions:
- Netlify — hosting for the site and receipt of the forms. If you send one, its contents are stored on Netlify infrastructure located in the United States.
- Google — reCAPTCHA, which tells people from bots when a form is submitted, and the embedded map on the contact page.
- YouTube — the video on the home page, served in no-cookie mode (youtube-nocookie) and loaded only if you press play.
These services may record your IP address and technical data about your browser under their own privacy policies. We may also disclose data where a competent authority requires it, in the cases set out in the LFPDPPP.
6. How long we keep it
We keep your data only while it is still needed for what you came to ask us for: enquiries, for as long as the relationship or the commercial interest lasts; applications, for as long as the profile is still a candidate for our openings. Once it is no longer needed it is deleted, unless the law requires us to keep it longer. You can ask us to delete it sooner at any time.
7. Your rights, if you ever sent us data
This point applies only to those who have sent us a form. Over that data you may request access, rectification where it is inaccurate, cancellation where you believe we no longer need it, and you may object to a particular use. You may also withdraw your consent at any time.
Write to [email protected] giving your name, a way to reply to you, which right you wish to exercise and over what data, and enclose official identification proving you are the data subject or their representative. The LFPDPPP gives us a maximum of 20 working days to communicate our response.
8. Cookies and tracking technologies
This site installs no first-party cookies and uses no analytics or advertising tools. The only cookies that may appear are those of reCAPTCHA and of the Google map on the contact page, and they come from those services. You can block them from your browser settings and the rest of the site will still work.
9. Minors
The forms on this site are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
10. Changes to this notice
We may update this notice when the law changes or when the way we handle data changes. The version in force is always the one published on this page, with its update date at the top.
11. Supervisory authority
If you believe your right to the protection of personal data has been infringed, you may turn to the Mexican authority responsible for data protection.
